Here I have taken apart the two interior check valves.
The O rings and pistons are totally clogged with corroded particles.
They were so clogged the springs couldn't operate.
6/13/2013. I took apart the two interior check valves and removed the flexible hose connectors.
Here are parts that I think need to be replaced. (Perhaps some are standard plumbing pieces I need to obtain locally?)
- 5470000- Kit replacement Valve Plate M1-2000
- 6284500- Kit Replacement Piston Rings M 1-2-4000
- Two new Flexible hoses.Can’t find this part in tech manual
- A mounting coupler for the 2 check valves. Can’t find this part in tech manual
- Another small piece from the “Mounting Coupler to the Elbow-This piece is broken and part lodges in the MC.
